19th July restriction update at Coddenham Community Shop

by | Jul 15, 2021 | Coddenham Community Shop

As you know, from 19th July, most of the mandatory Covid restrictions are being removed in England.

In common with many other shops and organisations, we believe that certainly for a period, it is going to be best for customers and volunteers for us to maintain most of our current arrangements for the shop and Coffee Stop. We  are therefore asking everyone to carry on sanitising when entering the shop and if at all possible to also wear a face mask. Although not now legally required to maintain “social distancing”, we also ask that all customers continue to be considerate towards the personal space of other customers and volunteers when in the shop.

We believe that this is the most appropriate way to handle what is for all of us a transition period and one that ensures we can get back to being “fully normal” as smoothly and safely as possible.

Thank you again from all of us here at Coddenham Community Shop for your continued support.

    Excellent.
Especially for those of us who may have to forego essential health treatment if infected or isolating. Sincerely hope that residents and visitors alike will follow your advice so that we can continue to use the shop.
