Silver Swans comes to Coddenham

A weekly ballet class for adults is now taking place at the Coddenham Centre on Monday mornings from 10am – 11am.  Silver Swans ballet classes are specifically designed to teach ballet to over-55’s but all ages are welcome.  These open, fun and accessible classes help improve mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels.

Suitable for all levels and all ages, it doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced dancer, have dabbled a bit over the years, or a complete novice as no experience is necessary.

Silver Swan classes are taught all over the world.  Though, until recently, very few were running in Suffolk.  So, it’s a privilege to welcome Silver Swans to Coddenham.

The classes are taught by Silver Swans Licensee Lily Turner Smith, who is a registered ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.

So, if you’re looking to unleash your inner Darcy Bussell, or just enjoy a fun class set to classical ballet music, why not give it a go!
