Advance notice – Coddenham Open Gardens & Scarecrows

This lovely village event is planned for Sunday 27th June.

In these darkest of difficult winter days, we are looking forward to some lovely summer sun and are optimistic that the pandemic will have faded and the vaccinations will have been fully rolled out, so that we will be able to hold this lovely village event on Sunday 27th June.

It will be a fantastic way for us to be able to come together and enjoy our beautiful village and each other’s company.
Many of us have had more time than usual to work in our gardens, so it will be lovely to show others the fruits or our labours. I do hope that all the delightful gardens that opened in 2019, will be able to open again this year and that there will be some new gardens open for us to explore and enjoy.
If you are not able to open your garden, we would much appreciate further volunteers to help at the event on the day, and/or to join the Working Group organising the event.

Please contact me if you feel you may like to open your garden, help in some other way, or if you have any questions, so that we can continue to raise money for good causes whilst having a wonderful day in the village

Call 07799 424945 or email me at eleanor.margaritelli@hotmail.com
Please keep everything crossed that we will be able to go ahead in June.

Chair, Coddenham Open Gardens and Scarecrows Working Group
