RETREAT EAST  is a luxury retreat located between Coddenham and Hemingstone. Nestled amidst picturesque countryside, Retreat East combines country chic design with historic charm, providing guests with a tranquil experience.

With its emphasis on relaxation, rejuvenation, and reconnecting with Nature, Retreat East provides the perfect setting for a restorative getaway, a delicious bite to eat or a visit to the day spa for treatments and facilities.

Non-residents are invited to visit seven days a week with The Great Barn restaurant offering breakfast, lunch & dinner along with afternoon tea and seasonal specials. The spa is home to two treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna, outdoor hot tub & ice bucket experience & is also open seven days a week to non-residents.

The estate also features beautifully restored barns and cottages, for longer visits. Visitors can indulge in a range of wellness activities with regular workshops, including yoga, nordic walking,  painting, floristry, cocktail making and more.

All guests are encouraged to explore the 35 estate which is home to bee hives and its own kitchen garden, and is completely dog-friendly. All guests can also enjoy access to mountain bikes & Barbour wellies.
